How we handle your family's photographs and personal details.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the parent or guardian's name, email address and phone number, your child's first name, book details, and the photographs you upload.

How photographs are used

Your photographs are used only to create the personalized product you order. They are kept in private storage and are not sold or used for advertising. A completed book cover and your child's first name may appear in our public examples only after we confirm your written permission. If an external AI service is used to prepare a page, we do so only after you consent; the service's own privacy and retention terms apply.

Private storage and access

Photographs and finished files are stored outside the website's public assets. They can only be opened by our authorized team or through your private order link. Keep that link to yourself: anyone who has it can access the order.

Visitor analytics

We use a first-party random identifier to count anonymous visits and popular pages. The identifier is kept in your browser for up to 30 days. Analytics do not collect or store your IP address, name, email, full browser fingerprint, or activity on your private order page. Visit records are removed after 90 days.

Permission and retention

Before submitting an order, you confirm that you are an adult authorized to upload the photographs and separately consent to AI-assisted processing for your book. We retain source photographs while the order is being produced. After completion, they are scheduled for a team review after 30 days. They are not deleted automatically: our team decides whether to delete or retain them. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
